"My spouse and I swung by this fast-food joint in the morning and grabbed a quick breakfast. Gotta say, it was surprisingly tasty – everything was fresh and hot, just the way we like it. Fast food done right!"
"I got overcharged and my order was wrong twice. I ordered 2 drinks and 1 Hamburger. I was given a chicken sandwich and 3 fries with no drinks. I told the drive through that my order was wrong and the person refused to listen. I pulled off and left the bag there to go somewhere else. Would not come back there."
"I have been a customer of this restaurant for years. It has been consistently bad throughput the years. I do want to give them props for the service lately. I came in to get dinner for me and my family after work. The lady (I'm so sorry but, I didn't get your name dear) working the register was amazing! Thank you for the wonderful service!"
"Why am I waiting an extra 10 minutes after I place my order only to receive cold food? There was no point in me pulling around if my order was still going to be wrong and every item I paid for was cold. What makes this more ridiculous is that the workers were standing outside talking and having a good time while there is a long line of vehicles. Do better with customer service it doesn’t take much to make sure your customers have hot food and at least someone with a welcoming personality to take your order. Treat people how you would want to be treated."
"It's your typical Wendys joint. Nothing special about it really other than it's in the area where I live and I can stop in and get some food. It's never fast like it use to be and no one who works there seems to really want to be there. But I get it, it's how almost all of these places are these days. Enjoy!"
