"Very rude lady in drive thru, wouldn't even let us finish our order. I don't know if maybe she was just having a bad day. But still doesn't give her the right to speak the way she did. Update, Manger called and was very kind, and helpful. So hopefully the problem gets fixed."

"I've ordered no. 5 on the menu before at other Jack's and the food was usually cold but at this Jack's I had to say was the best! My food was hot and good because someone paid attention to detail ! My order was right and the service was great !"

"I love all Jacks’s except this one. Went there for breakfast. They had not only a huge car line but a line inside. The staff was constantly getting orders wrong and taking forever. Meanwhile there was an old lady with Jack’s uniform standing at the end of the counter making comments but not helping at all, to this day I do not know what her job duties are supposed to be. We ended up walking away once the staff informed us they had run out of biscuits."

"First and last time here. Ordered a loaded tots bowl without egg. Had to repeat myself, so you would think they got the order. Was asked to pull around and wait as other cars received their food. Finally, I get my food...and when I get to work, this is what I find. Lots of egg, no cheese sauce...it was just gross. Threw the whole thing away. I won't be back."

"*Edited 12/10. This continues to be a problem. See my most recently attached picture. Again, I don't normally worry about something like this, but this location barely ever serves actual drinks in the drive through. Almost entirely ice. I don't need a refund, I just want this practice of filling the cups entirely with ice to stop. *Original - Every time I get breakfast at this location, whoever is filling drinks in the morning does this. Entirely ice, no drink. Normally wouldn't complain, but this literally happens every time I get a drink here at breakfast. I'm not paying for ice. Please sort this out."
