"Cliff did a great job repairing both of my grandsons switches swiftly and for a reasonable cost. It sure beat having to buy 2 new units. Hands-down, he's the person to call. Grandsons received their repaired switches for Christmas to their surprise that they were original ones, not new ones, but very happy since it was still loaded with their account info, etc. Funny side story, one of them couldn't believe how much cleaner it was, too. Thanks Cliff!"
"Cliff and his staff know what they are doing when it comes to fixing things. My son had several issues with his switch. They fixed the problem of the switch not turning on. When I got home, the controllers weren't working right. They told me to bring it back to see if there was a small problem. It was pretty bad and they had to replace several parts to get the switch to connect to any controller. They also fixed 3 of my joy cons! They have great prices for repairing things - beats buying new for sure!! They are friendly and knowledgeable too. Customer service is wonderful! I highly recommend them! They are a bit hard to find, but if you follow Google maps and look for the small sign of the building it isn't that hard to get to. If you have something to fix, it's worth it."
"I was searching for a place to get my daughter’s Nintendo Lite charge port replaced. I felt very frustrated when one place told me it was going to be nearly the price of a new one to replace the port. Then, Cliff’s was recommended to me and they replaced the port at half the cost and very timely! Great customer service and I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends."
