"He stopped by and in 2 minutes told me the barring was bad not worth reparing. I paid the fee and decided to buy a new machine. We placed the machine for sale with the note that it had a barring issue. A guy came to get it for parts for his repair business and told me it was not what I was told. He opened it up and showed me that it was the arm and fixed it for me. The part was only $77.00 less than what I was charged for 2 minutes."

"This company came to our house to fix the washing machine. They said a hose was to long and was touching the water, causing it not to drain. They cut the hose back and said the issue was resolved. After running the washer for the first time, we found it was having the same issues and was still broken. The company charged us $80 to look at the wash machine and booked. Unresponsive for close to a month. We have been, and continue try to contact this company. Have been promised a call back and never was called back. We have left several messages on voicemail for a return call. We are still waiting for the return call for this company to make things right. I would NEVER recommend using this company!"
