"Food was ok once I went back in to grab my fries they forgot to put in the to go bag. Numerous homeless folks inside and outside. Run down atmosphere, probably won't be back."

"We stopped in here 2 different mornings during Mardi Gras. They really have it going on! I have a dietary restriction and they got it right both days! The food was hot, fresh, and the service was fast! The bathroom was clean with auto flushers and no touch dryers. They didn't have seat covers and one of the stalls was out of paper. All in all a great job for the high volume they take care of!"

"Every time I have gone to this McDonald’s at night (which honestly isn’t much since I typically just go through for a quick breakfast now a days) the service is horrible. I just sat in their drive thru for 15+ minutes at the box waiting for someone to take my order and got no answer. I drove around to see if anyone was inside, and saw two different people just walking around in the back. The last time I came, the woman on the speaker was incredibly rude. I let it slide because hey, maybe she was having a bad day, and also it’s a McDonald’s so the expectation for good service is already low. But for it to be back to back issues is just insane."

"I only went through the drive here, but it was fast, food was hot and my order was correct. What else can you ask for in a drive through? Haha. It was a cool looking McDonald’s- hadn’t seen one like this before. Also there was a sign when exiting that said “thanks for visiting a Barnes family McDonald’s” (or something to that effect, and I thought that was a nice tough. Please forgive me if I got the name wrong."

"Ordered online and had it set this to location to pick up. It was the wrong location, and as you know if you order in the app you are unable to cancel orders or place two simultaneous orders. I spent 45 minutes calling this location to ask them to cancel my order. To be honest, it was only five bucks they could have just marked it as completed and I would’ve been fine. After nearly an hour of calling 15+ times, I STILL have yet to have anyone pick up the phone."
