"20 minutes wait on a main menu item order with no substitutions or special requests, Received a small drink instead of the ordered large, was late for work so couldn't complain. Workers were stopping for minute long conversations with orders waiting. Just really sloppy. Food was alright, but I think I'm done with this place for breakfast."

"I was ordering Whataburger for 6 people so I decided to use the app because momma told me to "treat others as you wanna be treated". I did not want to clog up a drive thru line that was already notoriously slow. Long story short, they're supposed to take the food out to your car. After 30 minutes, nobody came with my food. I went inside and asked about it, their response was that it has been ready for 30 minutes and handed me the food. I loaded back into my car to which my wife requests that I check the bags for the appropriate food. BOYYYYY, am I happy she got me to double-check. I only had 3 of the 6 orders and when I went in to request the other 3 they had never made them! In the end, they apologized and made the extra food after another 15 minutes of waiting. Let me tell you though, the food does not disappoint. Were the trials and tribulations worth it? No. Would I do it again. Maybe..."

"Having frequented this Whataburger location multiple times, I am considering this visit to be potentially my last. On each occasion, I have experienced a wait of 10 to 15 minutes for a simple takeout order of a burger, fries, and a drink. The pace of the staff and management consistently feels slow, lacking the urgency one expects from a fast food establishment. Generally, the employees appear detached and show little interest in customer satisfaction. Nonetheless, it's worth noting that the quality of the food is satisfactory, though it comes with a significantly longer wait time than one would normally anticipate."

"Tonight I sat through the drive thru for about 20 minutes. When I placed my order, I specifically told the lady at the speaker box to drop my order fresh. I had to repeat my order twice because she either didn’t hear me or forgot what I said after I ordered. When I got home to eat my dinner (10-15 min drive) my chicken tenders were old and dried out like they refried old tenders to make them hot to the touch. I am very dissatisfied with my visit."
