"I got nachos and it had 5 chips in it, the burrito as you can see in the picture it was all the meat in the first bite rice in the second bite and all the sour cream at the bottom. I had to open the burrito and stir everything together in order not to get a mouth full of sour cream as the last 2 bites."

"placed an online order and it took 45 minutes to make. waited in line for 15 minutes only to be told to pull around and come inside. There's a reason there is a choice for preference of pickup on the app. some people may not be able to walk! After coming inside and waiting in ANOTHER line to tell them im here for my food AGAIN... THEN they start working on my order. I ask the person up front (once I FINALLY got my food) why 5 other cars have already gone when my order is sitting there, apparently forgotten, and was rudely told "THOSE PEOPLE WERE HERE BEFORE YOU" after placing the order, waiting, driving up to the bell, sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes, then told to come inside and those 5 people, WHO WERE BEHIND ME, somehow got here BEFORE ME?! make it make sense. I will not be back and we place large orders from this location all the time."

"I mainly go through the drive through after work. The new staff they have on hand is super nice and a pleasure to interract with. Unfortunately the regular hardshell tacos have a funky taste but with how consistent it is across all the tacobells, I'm 90% sure they had an ingredients change. Everything else is great!"

"Sad Taco Bell. Understaffed, but not many people going thru drive thru. We were the only ones in the lobby. Forced to use their kiosk to order. Waited nearly 20 minutes for a small order. Wraps were folded like tacos. The Baja Blasts and new steak fiesta burrito was good, but not worth the money or time."
