"I have complained about this location 4 different times to no avail. It is disgusting in there and understaffed. They hire teenagers that don't care at all. Plus they are frequently out of things. I went once and they were out of lettuce, steak, sour cream, queso, vinaigrette and fajita veggies, all the things I wanted in my burrito. It's a Qdoba opening a block away very soon. It will be interesting to see how it affects business."

"This is the second time i order from this location and get screwed. I ordered a chicken burrito. They stuffed it with mostly undercooked rice. Will be the last time. I'll be contacting corporate as well."

"Workers were friendly and well organized. Gave great portions and the food looked nice, but got food poisoning. Have not stopped throwing up or violent diarrhea since last night an hour after I ate the food. This could kill to be honest."

"My coworker & I love Chipotle. I treated her for lunch & we both did not enjoy our food. The rice was hard & soft, the chips were soft, chewy & crunchy. There was 4 pieces of lettuce in my bowl & a few roasted veggies. I wasted $28.11 order number 169 I was there at 12:09 p.m. Never going back to this location. I called and their phone isn’t working. I want a full refund."

"I'm a frequent flyer at Chipotle so I know what to expect from these places. Very rarely have I had a bad experience but the service at this one was by far the worst I've ever had. Staff was rude and unwilling to acquiesce simple requests. I asked for fajita veggies which they had none made and requested some be taken from the to go bar which had ample stock and I was told that "wasn't possible".......just let that sink in......our food was decent but the guys working the counter were sloppy and did a terrible job wrapping the burritos thus opening my foil to a mess. I'd avoid this location and go somewhere with competent employees. The napkin and cutlery stock were also poorly managed. Obviously the workers here are not concerned with customer well being or happiness. Staff is also visibly on their phones in common areas (picture included) with basically no regard for customer needs. This place needs to be shut down"
