"My daughter and I visited this location after the Magic City Classic, Shauna was our server, and she was amazing. She was very attentive. Constantly checking on us. We enjoyed the food and drinks, and we will definitely be back."
"The restaurant was very understaffed. Our waiter was running around trying to do everything. There were a lot of people who came in that were not seated and wound up leaving because they didn't have enough waiters. The food was mediocre, the spinach dip with tortilla chips was not great. The tortilla chips tasted like they had been fried in very old oil. I asked for my hamburger to be well done and it came medium at best. It was all pink inside. I didn't ask for a new one because it had taken so long for us to get our food. This was not a great experience. I've been to Applebee's before and it's been much better. This one just needs to hire more people."
"Concert crowd was there. They were slammed. Our food was cold and not cooked . Hostess was nice and did their best to accommodate. They really did try."
