Reviews
"Closed half an hour early. Grills often shut off over half an hour before close. Unsure what management is doing at this location, but it’s not working. I won’t be surprised if this location ends up getting shut down because of the workers."
"Good food and service but the prices are too high for two items I paid almost 15.00. The Chinese buffet next to them is all you can eat for 11.50. They need to bring their prices down a notch other than that everything there was great, including the person that helped me at the counter."
"The restaurant got extremely busy right after we walked in, with probably 15 people coming in at one time plus cars in the drive thru. Dakota, David, Jacob and Bree were on top of their game and handled the crowd and busyness perfectly. They went out of their way to get me one extra taco even in the midst of the crazy crowd and were so polite and kind about it. They did an excellent job and I appreciate this staff so much!"
"The staff’s attitude was very rude and unprofessional. They didn’t give us our drinks, ask us if we wanted sauce, and wouldn’t give us a receipt. The food was thrown together and very messy. Cheese and lettuce was falling out of the wrappers. The burrito had a fourth of it packed with ONLY sour cream, making up a good chunk of the burrito and when I bit into it, it was only sour cream. They did not include the extra steak that I paid for and asked for at the time of placing my order. The whole experience was a terrible one and I won’t be returning. It makes you concerned if they are this sloppy with basic tacos if they’re keeping to hygiene and food handling safety standards (wearing gloves, wiping down the stations to prevent cross contamination, etc.). Do not risk it, go to another place nearby that is not this Taco Bell. Their standards are clearly nonexistent."
"Not usually one to complain about a restaurant, especially not a Taco Bell. When most people trash Taco Bell I am their greatest advocate, I’d even go as far as to say I’m a Taco Bell Connoisseur. This Taco Bell is the worst location I’ve ever been to. We walk in after making a mobile order, bathrooms are disgusting. No towels, seat up and the floor was no better. We waited 15 minutes for our mobile order that they put in the wrong spot, we didn’t know that cause we had no one to talk to. Two employees were in the back and the other two chit chatting by the front door. Leaving, 15 minutes later than we should’ve, we open our food in the car. Finding it to be half the size of a normal Taco Bell, no exaggeration. The potato taco had 4 small potato chunks and no sauce. The rest of the food was equally disappointing. I know what to expect from a fast food restaurant, most Taco Bell’s I’ve been to would easily be a 4 or 5 star. This was completely disgusting and a waste of 15 minutes."
