"Called in an order. Verified location. Told pick up would be 20-25 min. Got there. And they said they had not received my order. But this was all by phone. I will not use by phone ever again. I will add whoever the manager is at the pelham store. He was a rockstar. He was very apologetic. And re took my order and jumped on it himself. And we were in and out. Pretty quick. Wish there was a way to give the in side store operations a grade. He would get a 5* and was the only reason they don't get a 1* across the board."
