"Open Table needs to take this restaurant off their website, they will not honor the reservation. Not the restaurant’s fault, Open Table needs to listen. Food was good. Wait was long, servers and kitchen were overwhelmed. Once seated everything was good. Not a fan of industrial chic. Impossible to hold a conversation. Location is great if you are going to the BJCC."

"Ordered food to eat in the room on Christmas and I must say the chef/cooks did a great job! The wings were cooked and seasoned perfectly. I was too full after eating the full size wings and the delicious fruit so I couldn’t finish the ceasar salad. My husband also had sweet potato casserole, ham, cornbread, macaroni & cheese and a red velvet cake. He highly enjoyed his meal."

"So this place was fairly empty, hostess sat me down and said your waiter Ramon will be with you. The waiter came over and just said what do you want , I was like what , he said what do you want , did you just seat yourself, I said no the hostess did , I said well how about a menu , wow the rudeness, I said ok , well I ordered and he was good after that , the cook brought out then food and just handed me the plate and the spoon and didn’t even look at me and didn’t say anything, this place is rude as hell. I came in from a long flight just wanted a beer and food. But the rudeness was unbelievable. Was speaking to a lady in the elevator who was checking the place out for a venue for an event for 250 ppl and she sat on the bar and waited for 15m with no one to give her a drink. Food and drinks are good but if you want service go to another place. Not coming back here."

"Great service! Food was great, however, the menu was limited. I chose the wings which were on the appetizer menu and added fries. Wings were juicy & meaty and flavored great! The fries were crisp & wonderful. The service was a bit slow but our server was very kind and helpful. An easy walk from BJCC, the Westin or the Sheraton."

"The best part of this experience was the host. He was polite and kind and willing to do things that were above and beyond his job description. It took over 15 minutes for us to be able to order one beer, one coffee, and one piece of cake to go. We decided after the wait for service to NOT order food. The sweet baby Jesus stout was on point, but the first cup of coffee was frigidly cold. The second cup was definitely not fresh but was warm enough to drink so we perservered. The cake was requested as "to go" three SEPARATE times but was sent out plated and then returned in a box."
