"Absolutely the worst service I’ve had ever! The female that worked New Years was RUDE! we didn’t get all of our food but was expected to pay full price. Received our food and was told there was 6 other tables that didn’t have there drink so we would get ours sooner or later. As a server, I could never expect anyone to eat at my place of work if I were her! Worst service I’ve ever experienced!!!"

"We’ve been to this location several time recently, and they never disappoint! All of the employees we’ve interacted with have great attitudes, and the managers are very kind and professional. I wish all other Waffle Houses were modeled after this one!"

"Toby was a server and extremely funny and engaging. He gave great service and deserves a raise. Chris cooked and the food was delicious and he was very nice. They both did fantastic and deserve raises."

"I am a manager in the customer service industry. I deal with customers in every aspect. Customer is everything to me! And if you can NOT deliver excellent customer service then this is not the place to work. First off, I notice the older cook did not want to fix my food… ok cool. He passed it to the younger man who had no problem preparing it. However, my bacon was left off and I brought it to the waiters attention and she asked the older cook to add the bacon. He picked up a plate of bacon he was preparing for someone else and basically threw it in the to go box. I had a Texas melt SANDWICH which means it comes with bacon on the SANDWICH…. My waffle was half done, but the young man at least tried to make sure my food out at a decent time. The older man has a horrible attitude and does not need to be in customer service especially in front of the house. I would not be complaining had it not been from his attitude. I come to this particular Waffle House at least twice a year and I never get the service that actually makes me want to come back. This is why I stay away from this location. And I do believe this was the straw that broke the camels back. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION."

"I just wish y'all will hire people that knows how to add. I get only one thing from there every time and I get a different price every time. Y'all need to give them a calculator because them adding it up on paper by hand with their brain isn't working. And then the cook on the second shift has a nasty attitude. When someone wants something well done he gets mad and don't cook it. My food was raw in the middle that's disgusting. Then when asked can he recook it he gets mad If you don't want your job then quit. You sign up for this. I had got a t-bone steak and asked it to be well done there was so much blood in my plate. He really cant cook he needs to be replaced. I come here at least 3 times a week I get the same thing every time not only the prices are always different but the food is never done from this second shift."
