"Good atmosphere and good array of products. If ordering a cold brew here, however, be prepared to have it packed with 80% ice & 20% coffee. God forbid to ask for light ice or no ice (for adequate caffeine) - they'll charge .50¢ or $1 respectively without telling you upfront. This makes a small order more expensive than a large, BTW. Baristas are unapologetic for the surcharge when questioned about the lack of upfront fee warning (Starbucks doesn't do this), all the while hammering upsells on extra items - even when nothing else was requested by the customer. Refills? A whopping .25¢ discount off of original price. ($3.25 for a small cb refill) Refills for cold brew at the aforementioned competition? .50¢ total price. Step up your game PJs."
"My experience at PJs Coffee was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I stepped into the cozy, inviting space, I was greeted by the tantalizing aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the warm, friendly smiles of the staff. It was immediately evident that this was a place where a love for coffee and a passion for creating exceptional experiences thrived. As I approached the counter to place my order, I was greeted by the enthusiastic baristas who were eager to guide me through their extensive menu. Their knowledge and passion for the art of coffee were truly inspiring, and it was clear that they were dedicated to providing every guest with a memorable and enjoyable experience. After a brief discussion about my preferences, I decided to try their signature cold brew, and I was absolutely delighted by the rich, smooth flavor. The attention to detail and expert craftsmanship that went into preparing my drink was truly impressive. Each sip was a delight, and it was evident that the baristas took great pride in their work. The ambiance of PJs Coffee was equally impressive. The comfortable seating, stylish decor, and soothing music created the perfect setting for savoring my delicious beverage. It was clear that every detail of the space had been carefully considered to provide guests with a relaxing and enjoyable environment. Throughout my visit, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was exceptional. Their warm and attentive service, combined with their genuine passion for coffee, made me feel truly valued as a guest. It was evident that they were dedicated to creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for everyone who walked through the door. In conclusion, my visit to PJs Coffee was an absolute delight. From the exceptional quality of their beverages to the welcoming ambiance and outstanding service, every aspect of my experience exceeded my expectations. If you're a coffee enthusiast looking for a place where passion and quality converge, I highly recommend visiting PJs Coffee. "My family and I visited on two weekend days and have the following to share. The staff were pleasant and nice. The atmosphere was good and place was neat and clean. The quality of service was awful. They were slow in preparing my coffee. It literally took them 15 minutes on one occasion to prepare a coffee with almond milk. We ordered two bagels, both were hardly toasted. Two days in a row. Then another member of my family ordered his toasted bagel separately and it came uncut, just warm on the outside and frozen inside. Guys, learn your job first and then turn the card reader towards the customer asking for at least 18% of tip."
"Coffee was great but not to happy with beignet.. it was cut into bite size of 12 :-( does not taste the same."
"It was a delightful place! Caramel Creme Cold Brew (left drink) was sweet and smooth. Mocha Granita (right drink) was bitter, but if you stir the whipped creme in the coffee, it makes it better. Was excited about their food menu, came to realize it was just boxed sandwiches, not freshly made. I do like that they offer to heat the sandwiches up for you as well."
