"No service. The cashier is too busy doing paperwork behind the counter to help customers. I stood there for 10 minutes in line with 5 people. She never looked up from her paperwork. This is the second time this has happened. I was a regular customer. Never again."
"Decent customer service. Usually busy as this station is ideally located for those traveling North and South on I-65. Station is technically in Bay Minette AL, but very close to Stockton AL. Welcomes Truckers, and has a dedicated parking space and gas pumps for them. Good place for travelers to take a break. Has a Subway. Large variety of snacks. Gas is usually fairly priced."
"The dirtiest bathroom ever, mold and urine stains all over. The lady working subway hated her life. Cheer up! But the bathroom gave this place a horrible rating. I was told female bathroom was just as dirty."
