"BLT only comes with strip and a half of bacon! My order wasn't right, they don't listen very well because the last time I was missing stuff too. Check your food."
"Pulled into a stall pressed the button waited 5 or more minutes for someone to answer only to tell me that the mic on that stall doesn't work to move to another one. So I've moved to another stall and have been waiting here over 15 minutes and still haven't gotten our order taken. I'm about to go to drive thru hopefully we will be able to place an order there. This is ridiculous. We are just passing through but we will bypass this Sonic the next time."
"Ordered burger, fries, and drink combo. Cost $9.45. (Tipped the girl that brought me the meal $2.00). Also asked for ketchup. Didn't have to wait too long, but burger was luke warm, fries were cold, and ketchup packets (4 of them) were covered in slime and stuck together. (Luckily, I had some eyeglass lens cleaner packets and cleaned the ketchup packets. NOTE: The ketchup packets were so nasty that it took four lens cleaners to clean off the slime.) As I sat there, eating my meal, I considered the hands of the person who put those nasty ketchup packets in the bag. Also, I wondered about the cleanliness of the Sonic kitchen? (I will not be going back.) I ate it, but it wasn't worth it"
"The service was terrible we ordered 4 burritos. They only gave us 2. We told them about it. They tried to charge us again for the other 2 that they did not give us the first time. And the girl had a hard time understanding plain English when she was told how she messed up our order she kelp saying we had to buy two more to get what we didn't receive the first time after showing them the receipt"
"How's many pickles come on a chicken slinger?? Because I emphasized that I wanted extra pickles on all 3 of my sandwiches, and I get 2 pickles per... is that correct, do I need to say extra pickles 3 times for each sandwich? I'm just curious. Genuinely curious"
