"Everything at this McDonald's was great, the service was good but I would say with a four-star, that's pretty darn good for what we can find in the fast food industry nowadays. When I get fries from any fast food restaurant, I expect them to be hot and they were scolding hot, so kudos to this McDonald's for getting it right. I will definitely stop here again at some point."
"I wish I could give separate reviews for day and night shifts. Morning and day shift are great. They’re always friendly and quick. But, if you’re wanting food after 6 PM, choose somewhere else. The night staff will make you wait for at least 20 minutes in the drive-thru before taking your order. And then they’ll come over the speaker asking “what do you want before you make me mad”. Or they just wait for you to leave all together and watch you as you drive by."
"All 3 of my cheeseburgers were messed up in some way. Had 3 nuggets instead of 4 drink was half full. Little young female that brought me my food didn’t say a word. Don’t expect any different from bay minette."
"It always takes way too long on food even when not busy. I am currently the only one in line with a mobile order and I’ve been here for a good 10 minutes. Have been yelled at by the workers multiple times -10/10"
"So I went here on a Friday night. They weren't busy. They were only taking orders from one drive-thru line, so I had to wind up going inside to order. When I got in there to order, I ordered 2 #7 and a #2c, I should have looked at my receipt. I got my food and was missing a whole meal she never wrung up. It took her 10 minutes of me trying to get her attention (it felt like she was ignoring me on purpose) to reorder the meal I was missing. The person in front of me was missing a fry and tried to get their attention. It took almost 15 minutes for him to get the fry they forgot to put in, and the person who ordered behind me got his food fast with nothing missing. I had this place at 5 stars because I eat here a lot during the day and the staff, then it excellent bur the night crew needs to be retrained."
