"My friend’s car started to run hot randomly. So we went to pep boys where they were completely rude and more interested in watching tv. So we went to Firestone and they were closed but they still took the time to come out and confirm the low coolant in the car. Adrian and Keylan were beyond helpful. Adrian put some coolant in the car for us to get back to our location. We are grateful for the help!"
"It seems like this place is incompetent when Adrian is not there. I took my car for a new battery Jakoby comes out and tells me a price. I sit in the waiting area for 2 hours for a battery, Jakoby comes back and says "you're going to have to pay an additional $140 don't be mad at me I made a mistake" he ordered the WRONG BATTERY for my car and quoted me the wrong price. Not only that he was arguing with a customer on the phone about a tire!! Absolutely terrible. I would suggest to only come when Adrian is available. Everyone else needs training or something."

"I needed a battery for my car. I was greeted with hello we're all booked up. I told the man I only needed a battery. He told me I could leave the vehicle over the weekend. Come on people, it takes FIVE minutes to install a battery. We weren't even given the option of purchasing the battery and installing ourselves. Disappointed in Firestone."
