KFC

"Traveling from Tennessee and figured KFC is always a good choice.. well not this time..I ordered 2 PC white crispy, 1 side ,buiscit and drink, my husband ordered 3 tenders meal, and friend ordered 3 PC. My 2 PC came as leg and thigh. I told her I ordered white. She said they were put of crispy and would be 20 min. I could have original and I said ok. She put the dark back in the heat cabinet and gave me original. It looked like it had been cooked yesterday. My husband's tenders were no bigger than nuggets and the biscuits were the size of a 1/2 dollar. Then we asked for the forks for the sides and she said they were out. We asked her how we are supposed to eat mashed potatoes and slaw and she didn't know.. plus all drinks were sweet no diet.. we insisted on our money back and she refun"

"Watched employees through the window add chicken to a bucket with no gloves. All employees had a phone in their hand doing whatever - this is food service and that is not sanitary! Drove off."

"Ordered a simple 2 piece dinner with Mac and cheese Specifically asked for breast (original) and wing (extra crispy) Got wing and thigh and both were extra crispy Got back to job and found the error. Didn’t have time to go back Thank goodness I didn’t order something super special Pityful"

"The place has really gotten a great crew now the place is clean the crew is fast clean and very friendly I will be going back I'm so happy because my husband has cancer and he is constantly wanting KFC and I went once told me they only had one wing and one leg and it was no where close to closing it was horrible in there everything was greasy but now it's very clean and they have lots of chicken !! Thank you KFC colonel Sanders would be proud !!!"

"I put in a pickup order today at 2:10, said it would be ready by 2:15. I go into the dining room and take a seat and wait for my order. During the 25 minute wait it took to receive my food I see 3 workers in there, 2 women and 1 man. 1 of the women took an order out to a car, upon coming back inside she stops to fix her hair then goes back into the kitchen and straight back to the line without washing her hands. I finally see them bagging my order on the counter so I walk up to pick it up but had to wait while the woman tapped my bag up. I get out to my car and rip of the tap to find cold fries, 3 different dipping sauces (none being the only one I ordered), no utensils, no straws, no napkins. I ordered $30 worth of food, including mashed potatoes and gravy and a KFC bowl, which are pretty impossible to eat with your hands. I also ordered a kids meal that came with no toy and 1/2 a box or cold fries. Fast food is so ridiculously overpriced these days, that the least I should expect is to have a correct hot order with the utensils to eat it with."
