"I just placed an Uber order with 5 sugars and a side of milk to go with my black coffee. I received no sugars and no milk. Called the store and with no apology the so-called shift supervisor stated just come in and we will replace it. If I wanted to come in, I would not have ordered via Uber. An apology would have sufficed. Customer service and attention detail is basically nonexistent. Very disappointing."

"The time frame that I arrived (somewhere after 9am), the drive thru line was wrapped around the parking lot. So I went in. There were quite a few people standing around waiting on their order. My order didn't take long. The cashier lady was somewhat helpful. I tried something new and had questions about it. I ordered the Peppermint Mocha. It was very tasty. Overall, it was an ok experience. Could it have been better...yes. Just be prepared to wait or not be in a hurry if going during morning hours."

"Got the Caramel Brulee Latte (hot) and it's delicious. I'm just wondering what happened to the praline holiday coffee. It was awesome but I didn't see it on the menu. I always stop when I can bc they stay busy from the time they open until they close."

"Do not use mobile order at this location!!!! The employees are usually very nice when I go there. That being said, they are always woefully understaffed. Twice I’ve placed a mobile order that said 9-12 mins, only to get there and they tell me after I’ve been waiting for 20 mins that they’re an hour behind on mobile orders. I’ve also gotten still very frozen breakfast sandwiches here. Don’t use mobile order, and if there are more than two cars in line, don’t bother."

"If there was another coffee shop on my route to work I would go there happily instead of dealing with quite possibly one of the most incompetently run Starbucks I have ever seen. They serve coffee and REHEATED FOOD only. Reading a ticket is the only prerequisite required and yet not only does that not happen here they have absolutely ZERO sense of urgency 9/10 times you attempt to get an order here. They consistently run extremely behind on mobile orders to the point they would rather hand you a gift card for the wait than the actual drink you wanted. There is no excuse for a what is primarily a breakfast establishment to claim that they have been too busy to catch up to meet mobile order demands when that is consistently going to be the busiest time of the day for the employees. It’s sad that basic customer service seems to be so incredibly complicated for the management and baristas."
