"Cashiers are friendly on the store side but can't say the same about the restaurant side. We stop at least 3 to 4 times a week because it's convenient when we work in the area to something to eat and drink but it's gotten to the point where we hate to stop for something to eat because the lady that takes your order has an attitude every single time as if we are a nuisance by ordering food. She has a smart mouth for lack of better terms and God forbid if you order something that's not already cooked, its a problem!! Saying things like its gonna take a while to make that and you'll have to wait or if you order fries, she'll say "Size" and glare at you like she hates to even deal with you! So if you go in there, be prepared to deal with her! She's obviously miserable with her job!!"

"I came in to get food. The person taking the order was cool. I specifically asked for fresh food. The woman fixed the plate intentionally gave out old food. When I addressed the issue she just sat there and said they cut the meat in the morning- so you know the food will dry out. She did not try to accommodate or try to resolve the issue. I asked for a manager and she was glad to say the manager is not here. My husband received fresh meat. Poor customer service, if you want fresh food you gotta get here when it opens. I don’t recommend this place unless this is a last resort and then be cautious."

"We got 2 BBQ sandwiches, 2 orders of fries, and an order of okra. Almost 30 bucks and every bit of it went in the trash. They claimed we were waiting on fries to cook but they were so cold when we finally got them(15 minutes later), the meat was gross, and the BBQ sauce wasn't even enough to cover a quarter of the meat. Overall do not recommend. Wasted money"

"The restaurant area was neat and clean. The young lady behind the counter was professional and polite. We went before 5pm believing all the food would be hot and fresh. We ordered the rib & chicken combo to go. We thought we were getting ribs and the bbq chicken. We received end pieces of the ribs and chicken wings. They were very dry and it was almost like eating jerky. The sides were alright. We had cole slaw, green beans, potato salad, and Mac &cheese. I liked the potato salad and green beans the better of the four. They were true to the southern ways to sweet tea and lemonade. Maybe, down the road, we'll give it another try, but go earlier in the day in hopes of not having dry and end piece portions that cost $40 and a tip. I was very disappointed especially after looking at other photo reviews before eating from here."

"The Best BBQ I have had lately. I ordered the chicken plate (1/2 chicken) with fried okra and potato salad. The chicken was so flavorful didn't need the sauce and juicy. I couldn't stop eating......"
