"I moved within delivery range 172 days ago and started online ordering delivery and pickup. I liked the points system where we could earn free pizzas and side orders. But I've had points mysteriously disappear twice and expire once in that time period. Points are supposed to be good for 180 days. I placed a $60-70 order around the first of the month. I had 40 points a day or two before then. Now I have 30 with no redemptions. I've decided to give Domino's a break and placed my last couple orders with a competitor down the street. You guys need to update your website and get things running better. It's a major turn off to build up these bonuses just to see them vanish into thin air."

"Son obtained food poisoning from eating the Memphis BBQ chicken pizza. Husband and I didn't have that and we're fine. They need to make sure their food is stored and cooked properly, especially the chicken; and/or employees need to wash their hands."

"Why are Beard nets not worn anymore? Almost every male had a beard. NOT PLEASED with your "ordering company." (She was not at the store!) She didn't put extra cheese on one of the two, large, Pizzas. ALSO Because my order total was over $50, I had to give my card number over a cell line. (Do NOT like doing so!!!) It VERY much delayed my order, and all for $3 above your limit. ALSO This service put me on HOLD to "verify" my order, or so she said, because clearly she got my order wrong, and we told her at least three times EXTRA CHEESE ON BOTH PIZZAS! By the time she FINALLY Said, she was placing out order, we had driven across town, and were almost at the store. This meant we had to sit in the parking lot 20 minutes, which we were trying to avoid, by calling ahead. Then, we pull up to the window, and it took them another eight minutes to hand us our Pizzas. All VERY SLOW SERVICE ON BOTH ENDS! I've ordered these two exact Pizzas many times before, they were never over $50. This service didn't offer any Specials you might have had. She merely asked, did I have a coupon. When I call to order, I want the person on the other end to Actually be at this location and be knowledgeable and efficient.!"

"Always an awesome experience everytime I go to this Domino's location! I always order on the app for pickup. The drive thru is always clean and I'm never at the window longer than 10 seconds before someone asks how they can help me. I've went inside a couple of times and seen a clean lobby area (and it smells amazing). The staff have always been, and continue to be, super helpful and kind. I highly recommend this Domino's to anyone looking to have their taste buds woken up!"
