"First visit here ordered unsweetened tea to drink couldn't get a refill and when I did it was sweet. Ordered Cajun crawfish/shrimp And asked for angel hair instead of linguine Came with wrong pasta. Waited for them to remake and it was good but some of the shrimp weren't peeled at all. Very messy sauce so peeling was not good. Told one of the two servers but still got full bill. This was not a good first visit at all. Would be very hesitant to return and can't recommend."

"We were coming through Meridian headed home from vacation and googled to find restaurants for dinner. The reviews for Amore were great and they mentioned the nice atmosphere. We love Italian food, so we stopped and gave it a try. My husband had the Scaparelli with veal and I had the Murphy with chicken. Our waitress, Ashley, recommended both dishes and suggested penne with both. They were both outstanding, as well as the rolls, which are made in house. We had the Limoncello cake for dessert and it was delicious. We will definitely eat here again when in the area. Authentic, delicious food and a historic home atmosphere as well as a friendly and knowledgeable staff made our experience here wonderful. They also have a large front porch with outdoor seating. 5 stars for sure !!"

"My business partner and I were only in Meridian for a quick business trip but we were so glad we found this gem. Atmosphere was so nice, relaxed and homie. The food was amazing and the service matched. Thanks to the ladies with the smiling faces and kudos to the chef! I recommend this place to anyone. Stop in and try the Tour of Italy in order to get a little bit of 3 dishes!"
