"The reason I only gave her three was I went through the drive-thru I ordered the roast beef and Cheddar,, four of them and there was no chat room so they got backed up and they gave me two extra or two cups of cheddar cheese to put on them it barely covered one sandwich so that could like improvements the ladies was sweet and nice with a smile really need to get on the ball about that, my name is Wes and I ain't trying to start no mess God loves you and so do I"

"Oh my goodness - I tried the brisket sandwich for the first time and it was amazing! For decades I have eaten Arby’s roast beef but decided to try something new this evening. Will definitely get that again! Cashier was friendly and quick too."

"First off we walk up to order and the two girls were sitting on the floor on their cell phones. We had to say something before they even know we were ready to order. Ice had to be given from behind the counter. They seemed to be out of everything!y Both Drinks were flat. Employees were on cell phones (girl flipping fries and on her cell phone), no hair nets were worn....if they even do that anymore! Women's bathroom out of paper towels. I'm not one to complain much but seems like all odds were against them and definitely room for improvements. This was ridiculous! Employees were nice but that doesn't make up for it... 4/11/23 @ 1pm"

"Went to the drive-through. Got the fish and fries special! Was really good. Better than expected! Was a little slow but my fries were fresh and hot, so was a good trade. Service at the windo was courteous."
