"We got dinner here, chicken nuggets, a burger, and (2) fries. When we got it however, they had left out one of the fries, the meat fell apart very easily, definitely won't being coming back to this location."
"Food was old and just slapped together. Fries are always cold and taste of burnt oil. Employees are extremely rude and really don't care to do any job. Management is a joke. Corporate needs to look into all the MCds in the area and offer them up to QDI. The largest owner of stores in the country"
"Terrible. I had a mobile order tonight. I entered the first lane sat there for a few minutes no one ever came to the speaker another car came to the second lane way after me & got their order taken! Shortly another car pulls up the same thing happens still no one comes to my speak. Finally, after the second car pulls away a Women came to the speaker immediately telling me ,”to hold on.” She never returns another car pulls up to the second lane and the same things occurs again. Finally, I just assert myself heading to the window on my own. Soon as I approached the window I told the young lady,” I had a mobile order & would like a refund.” She then proceeds to say ,”maybe your card is locked it's not going through”. After giving her my card I received a text that my card was being charged. Immediately I showed her the text & she was like there’s not anything on there. I said ,”I know I’m not paying for anything I’m requesting a refund for a mobile order.” Lastly she goes to get a Manager & he told me ,”I’ll have my money back long as they don’t clear the order.”"
"It's hit and miss if the food is fresh..1 out of 3 the food is been sitting for a while..can't chew is because it's hard. But the other times it's good. Service is quick..and employees are nice and respectful"
