"New Year's Day, and I just wanted to get out. Didn't pick up much as after Christmas deals were few and far between. So I didn't find anything to purchase. But it was time well spent with my niece and my son. So, it wasn't a total loss."

"I am giving a low rating because it is absolutely unacceptable to have 1 cashier. The checkout line was extremely long and there was 1 older lady working the register very slowly doing the best she could. The male manager was in no rush to help get the line down at all. I watched my phone I literally stayed in line 30 minutes. The cashier couldn't find the price tag to my clothing item. A 3 piece suit for my son. So she had to manually do it which took extra time. When I got home the tag was inside the vest of the suit not visible at all. Burlington y'all got to do better. If I didn't need and like that suit I would've been left the store due to the wait time to check out. As I was walking out the manager finally opened another register as if he was doing us a favor. As a manager myself my first words would've been I apologize for your long wait. I know good help is hard to find but customer service is key to profitability. Look at my son doesn't he look so handsome in that suit!!"
