"I love this Ace Hardware. It is such a pleasure dealing with the employees are there after my many experiences at the local Lowe’s and Home Depot. In both of those big box stores, I spend much too much time wandering around, trying to find the products I need. If I find an employee willing to help me, and that’s not easy, I’m usually just directed to an aisle where I spend more time looking through two long lines of shelves, only sometimes find that I was missed directed. At Ace it is a totally different experience. Every time I have entered the store there has been an employee right there at the entrance asking me what products I’m looking for today. Once I’ve provided that information, they take me directly to the correct location and remain there to help me determine which of the selection of that product to buy. It may cost for at Ace Hardware then it would at the Lowe’s or Home Depot, I’ve never checked, but even as if it is more expensive, the service is well worth it . Employees at this location exemplify the slogan, “Ace is the place with the friendly hardware man“."
