"These folks are as dumb as a box of rocks. The food was made wrong 3 times, I call ahead of time to get my replacement remade. They made it WRONG AGAIN… and the worker made the comment “if she wants it made right, she should’ve come inside” I didn’t know I had to come inside for you to have common sense. I see why this location has the reviews that it does. Garbage"

"Today was my first visit to any Chipotle restaurant. The TV commercials are what convinced us to try it. My wife and I ordered the bowls with rice, hers chicken and mine beef. The beef flavor was good. Not sure about my wife’s chicken. My wife said the rice was extremely heavily salted. I thought maybe it was just the salsa. I tasted mine and it was too salty to eat. We both ate around the rice. The guacamole was good and fresh. The corn topping was good. Basically we picked through our bowls to eat what we could. I ate about half of mine and my wife only ate a few bites of hers. The chips were a mixed bag of extremely stale and not stale chips. I ordered sprite and my wife ordered unsweetened tea. The sprite fountain didn’t work and there was no tea. The girl actually walked over there to check for both. She filled my sprite behind the counter and my wife ended up with water from the fountain. No refund for the tea charge. Our bill for two meals that were barely eaten and half our drink order was approximately $34.50. This price is what you pay at Phil Sandavols in Huntsville. I won’t comment much on the staff. They weren’t rude but their social skills could improve a little. I hate to say we won’t be back…but for the price and what you get, we can eat a Phil’s or Rosie’s every day."

"Decatur, Alabama: I assume the woman in back was some sort of “manager” all employees need to be educated on food allergies, CELIAC DISEASE. All we were asking for was “clean” rice from the kitchen to avoid cross contamination of GLUTEN from the serving spoons and their gloves touching the WHEAT wraps. She side eyed us, shook her head like we were the problem instead of paying customers and stated that they weren’t the health department….CLEARLY… they were all laughing about it in the kitchen. So much for inclusion, I had finally had enough and told them to forget it and left. The serving area was a mess too, which made us very nervous."

"Hadn't been to a Chipotle for over a year. We don't have one in the Shoals area. Me and the girlfriend were visiting some family and Decatur and they mentioned it was one here 5 minutes down the road. Got me the best rice bowl ever! The supervisor was the one that took my order and he was cool! It was a Sunday evening so it wasn't busy. I will go back again if I'm in the area."

"The female associate working on 08/09/23 shortly after 5:00 PM was ill-mannered, discourteous, and lacked the ability to provide customer service. She forgot to give me my drink while in drive thru, which was not a problem, but her response when I asked for it was absurd. It was as if I inconvenienced her, when it was her responsibility for fulfill the orders properly. When I did receive my drink, it was shoved into my hand and the drive thru window was slammed. Did I mention my food was LATE?! AND I found a hair on a chip in the bottom of my child’s chip bag!? Needless to say I won’t be back to this location."
