"The doughnuts were fine....I was picking them up for a friend. The person at the window was fine, got my order correct, quick service. I was shocked, however, when she couldn't accept the tip I offered. As I'm not a KK customer, I had no idea that that was a policy. I felt bad for offering, then. I felt even worse that there is a policy in place. Talk about a morale downer."

"First thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the facility. Secondly the warm friendly faces. A young lady by the name of Keyona was in training. She was still doing a very good job and was impressive. I forgot to order my caramel ice latte and she was cool about it. Five stars hands down, highly recommended and I would definitely return to this location."

"Disappointed in the creme "filled" doughnuts... they were severely lacking in creme. The jelly filled ones I ordered were also hardly filled with anything. The other doughnuts we tried were good, but the reason we went was for these flavors."

"Awful donuts and staff. Krispy Kreme has always been my favorite and go-to but the Decatur location is severely lacking. The donuts are always stale and old and they very rarely have a decent selection even early in the day. The employees are rude and seem to be bothered just to be there and just don’t listen. They will ask your order multiple times and still somehow get it wrong. After 5-6 times of trying in the last year I give up. I’ll go to HSV from now on."

"No complaints here. The place smelled of delicious freshly baked doughnuts and was exceptional clean. Steve was very sweet, patient and helpful with my family and I, and ALL the staff was exceptionally nice. Definitely a 5-star experience."
