"AWFUL customer service & WASTED my time and money. Call ahead of time to schedule an appointment. I was told to shoot for lunch time Wednesday. I arrived at 11:50 as I walk in and Dan told me “we were going to lunch and you have to wait until after” because they all take lunch together. (Because this makes sense running a mechanic shop) so I patiently wait a HOUR AND A HALF in the parking lot. They arrive back and take my truck to the back. I waited into the lobby for 3 minutes & they come back and tell me they “think” I’ll need various parts. I asked for a print out and pricing and the elder man says “I guess” So none the less I felt as if my business did not matter at. I will not be recommending this place to anyone."
