"I asked for the 12 piece bucket with 6 biscuits and 3 sides, they did not give me the sides and rang up the chicken and biscuits separately, I ended up paying the same amount, went back to ask for my sides and they refused to give them to me. They laughed at me as I was walking away... What a bad experience... Will definitely never go back, this is the second time they do this to me, except last time they did give me my sides."

"I was in the mood for KFC's gravy and biscuits and a couple of chicken legs original recipe. Drive-thru was quick and efficient. The food was delicious. The biscuit seemed freshly made. The gravy was very good. The chicken legs original recipe was awesome. I was very happy with my experience here. Thank you!"

"We had the chicken tenders box with coleslaw, mashed potatoes, gravy and biscuit. I didn't see the chicken tenders box on the list of which dishes do you recommend. I think you should add these tenders to that list. Your chicken tenders are better than Zakby's❗"

"Pulled up 2 hours before they closed and the manager was outside. "Our fryers are down so we can clean them so we don't have any chicken and wont for another 30 mintues." This seems like something that should be done after shift not during. It appears that the night staff doesnt want to do any work for their money so they shut the place down early so that they can go home at close. What a great buisness practice im sure the owner is happy with the revenue."

"Went to the drive thur and I was told that it would be 45 minutes to one hour for all chicken to be cooked. There were at least 6 cars that left because of this, so KFC lost money and customers due to the lack of not being prepared. I was told later by other people that this is the worst place to get food from."
