"Fantastic food and wonderful people. The new location is beautiful. We are probably fortunate that they are 2 hours from us or we'd need to buy bigger clothes. The burgers are awesome! I loved their fish tacos! Fried pickles, tots and fries have all been first rate too. In addition to being one of the most welcoming environments we have ever dined in - these folks are on a mission to help others! I appreciate them and hope other people will continue to support this fine business."

"I’m a B I G G G FOODIE always looking for locally owned restaurants in any area if I’m out and about. This restaurant stood out as far as the reviews, so why not give it a try. Entering the establishment I was welcomed with friendly and helpful feedback from employees of the many menu options. Settled on a few options of choice just on curiosity. I ordered the Fried Pickles, the Zydeco Burger with side, and an order of Fried Fish. Overall overview…. Everything was fresh and cooked to order. Only CON about food is that the food tasted OVERLY SEASONED (Spice/Salt). The 3 items received all tasted as if everything was seasoned with the same thing. Would consider again …sometimes your first choice is not always your best but it’s good to take the risk and try."

"Good lunch stop found by looking at Google maps. We arrived at 11:00 and the place filled up by 12 Noon when we were finished. The staff was friendly and helpful from ordering to delivery of food. The Zydeco burger was zesty, seasoned fries hot and delicious, naked wings plump and tender. Only the chicken bones were left from this finger licking goodness. Our tea was refilled and tables bussed almost immediately. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. Chubbfathers chosen because of its ratings by 1250+ reviews and lived up to it."
