"Employees seemed frazzled and overwhelmed. Both coffees were lukewarm. Egg bites were terrible. Sausage bagel was so hard it couldn't be bitten through. My childs cinnamon roll was stale and she refused it. $40 wasted"
"Have came by PJs coffee a couple times now. I like the location and choices of coffee. I’ve only gotten the white chocolate latte so far, it was really good! I didn’t think it was worth $8 for the size I got. The service was just ok. I don’t know how long they have been there, if they are working out the bugs, but they can improve on speed. I spent over 15 minutes on line behind someone only getting their small coffee. I thought I was gonna be late for work even going in with plenty of time to get the coffee. I still might be back."
"Omg what a horrible first experience!! The location sits directly under a huge public parking garage which is very confusing and lowkey dangerous to walk to from your car due to the busy street it’s off of. When I rung the doorbell, a blk girl w/ glasses opened the window actively looking down on her phone, texting. She looked up at me when I told her I’ll wait til she’s finished… slammed the phone down as if I were disturbing her lol she then put my order in, brought the POS system near her by the window, looked at me, grabbed her phone and started texting in front of me AGAIN. I didn’t know the total and they don’t have a price reader for the customers so I guess she thought I was supposed to know the price?? I asked how much due to me having cash and she gave me my change and slammed the door shut. Another white girl made my drink wrong TWICE and when she handed me my drink… it was completely leaking out of the cup. The expresso was extremely burnt and the ice wasn’t rushed up enough so as it desolved, it tasted more and more like water. I practically ordered an Iced Americano for almost $10. Never again."
"Beignets are great, the other food like the Cuban seemed like a microwaved previously frozen sandwich. Service is about average for a fast food chain but poor compared to local coffee shops. Cool little swings to sit on outside in nice weather. Good use of the old drive through bank teller."
"I really wanted to love this place. I went during the weekday around 12:30 because friends from the medical district bragged on the beignets. They were not busy at all. There was no one in the drive-thru but us. Since it was our first time, we were trying to make a decision, and the young lady in the window kept asking us were we ready to order. Remember, no one was there. We finally placed our order, and she kept asking me to repeat myself. We got to the window, and I asked her to repeat the order. It was incorrect. She was trying to change the order on the card swipe but couldn't. She finally asked someone, and they showed her how to do it on the register. She repeated the order again, and it was correct this time. We waited several minutes. She gave us our food and we were missing a drink so she went and made it, gave it to me, and told us bye. I said you didn't give me my beignets yet. She said oh you did order those. She came back with 4. We ordered 8. So we waited another 10 minutes for her to bring those to us. The sandwiches we ordered were basically pre-made and packaged. They just placed them in the warmer. They weren't good or eye appealing. I threw mine away. The iced coffee was ok. My granddaughter seemed to like her frozen hot chocolate. I didn't like it. My husband said it was decent. IF I ever go back I would only get beignets. They were very good and reminded me of New Orleans. Also, you have to pay $3 to park in the garage above it if you don't go through the drive-thru. I think the young lady may have been a new employee, so I gave her some grace. She seemed confused the whole time but she wasn't rude she was very polite. Try it for yourself. Your experience may be different."
