"Very disappointed with my tax professional. I repeatedly had to correct her input into the computer since she was putting the wrong information into the federal and state taxes categories. I felt like I was having to do her job for her. The result of my taxes this year is astounding in comparison to the prior 15+ years I've done them and I'm highly concerned they were done incorrectly. Why am I paying 200 dollars to do someone's job for them and for the results to seem incorrect. When I asked for an explanation all she would do was read off the numbers from the computer screen like I'm illiterate with no explanation. Laura needs to find a different career and I will NOT be going back. Ever. Again."
