"The drive thru is always packed and it always takes FOREVER to get your food. Many times the workers will just be standing around talking to co workers like they are having social time ."

"Inside is never open. Losing a ton of business forcing everyone to go through the drive thru that gets 6-8 cars deep. They could atleast put a sign up when the inside is closed. It just seems like it’s closed due to pure laziness."
"They make you get out of the drive thru line, to come inside if you're a dasher. This would be fine if the times the lobby were open were consistent, which they are not. The lobby is locked at random times. Went one day and the lobby was locked at 5 pm. When I went tonight they told be its was open until 10 pm. So someone is doing what they're not supposed to it sounds like."
"Helpful and friendly staff. We were greeted when we came in, and they let us know right away that the counter person would not be in till 11, and we were welcome to use the automated kiosks to place order now. Food was accurate and good. Staff helped others while we're were there, including some who had issues with the kiosk. They were friendly and professional the whole time. Restaurant also clean and well maintained"
