"I always consider Taco Bell a great food value. There's better Mexican out there but at substantially higher prices. Value-At-Price-Point is a concept of merit to consider at any purchase, and Taco Bell delivers."

"Ordered a 12 pack of tacos 6 hard 6 soft only gave me the 6 soft. The tacos I did get barely had anything on them. While pulling up to the window we had to stop because they had left something off someone else's order. We don't live close so it really sucks to get home and only have part of your order. They need training from the other Bessemer location or Hoover because every time I come here the service gets worse."

"Taco bell is scheduled to open at 8 AM serving breakfast. I arrived at 8:02 AM to order my food. When I arrived the workers were sitting in their cars. When they saw me pull up, they went inside. I waited in the drive through for them to take my order. When they went to take my order they let me know that they weren’t ready to open. I asked how long it would take, and they said an hour wait. They did not elaborate as to why they are not able to serve people at this time. I understand certain circumstances that can cause this to happen, however this seemed like it was a case of people not showing up to their shift on time or not wanting to open at all. This is unprofessional and an example of lack of preparation. Needless to say, do not state your business will open at a certain time if you are not going to be able to serve customers."

"Went at 10:17 on a Wednesday night. Taco Bell does not close until 3am. Said they were doing a shift change and couldn’t take our order. They are all sitting in the lobby not working and playing on their phone. Every. Single. Employee. It’s always something when I come through this Taco Bell. They need to fire these people and hire ones that actually want to work. I came through one time recently at about 7pm and they told me they were out of EVERYTHING except for hard tacos. That’s just not realistic. I’ll take my business elsewhere."

"You need to clean house here buddy. At 10 pm they told me it was "shift change" and to come back in 15 minutes. As we left I saw all 3 employees sitting in the dining room lounging in a booth. These employees are playing you bruh"
