Chris in sales was very nice before the sale, so I added 1 star for that, BUT.... Because of the person who answers the phone being downright RUDE every time we had to call there, to the point we even asked ourselves if it was even worth calling about as to not deal with her HORRIBLE attitude. We needed about 500.00 more worth of lumber after our initial order, so we called and were going to add it and of course, were met with unbelievable rudeness and attitude, so we just said forget it and got the rest of it from somewhere else. We will not be using them again because of her."
