"Will not be back again! While my tax prep person was doing my taxes, she was complaining about all she went through during covid with rude customers calling her because of their stimulus check and not getting them then she proceed to complain about her two other coworkers who one wouldn't work during covid and the other was didn't care about Covid. During this time her screen wasn't working so she was explaining thing off her screen. It sounded like she said the session was 115 dollars. When it got to the end she said it was 140 dollars. I Got the money out and all I said which I didn't say rudely or anything was the prices keep going up every year. When she came back with my receipt, she not so nicely told me it went up two dollars from last year then told me not to come back next year then. All I had was a simple W2 forms. Don't worry I will for sure not being do business here again!"
