"Absolutely the worst retail experience of my life. The woman behind the counter continuously attempted to convince me that the part number I was asking for was not the manufactures part number. Then she continuously tried to convince me that I needed a $56 part rather than a six dollar part. I asked her, “are you trying to lead me to believe that you know the part number of every part of every manufacture of every appliance?“ Her response was, “pretty much.“ I walked out then three minutes later I found the part I needed on the web for $3.96. I have 8 boys - we obviously utilize a washer & dryer almost 10 hrs each day. We obviously use every appliance to it’s maximum capacity - I’ve bought a lot of parts from this store - but someone else has always helped me. I think it’s safe to assume that they’ll not be getting of my money in the future."

"Called over the phone. Lady I spoke with was friendly, professional & knowledgable. They had my dryer part at reasonable price. Was almost exactly what it cost online, difference being didn't have to pay outrages shipping cost. Thanks for that!"

"I didn't even want to give this store a one star!! I called and a lady answered the phone and said i need you to hold then hung up. I called back and asked respectfully for help with a part for my mothers washer. The lady was EXTREMELY rude! I was shocked and couldn't believe how she was treating me. I actually read the reviews before I even called but sometimes I would like to base my opinion about a company solely off my own experience. I did let her know that I had read the reviews and with that and her attitude I didn't need her help! Very unprofessional!"
