"The only reason I didn't give the last star is because I had to wait on them to make some grits for my order. That took a little time, if you ever made grits, you know about how long that takes. Good filling breakfast, grits with cheese and sausage gravy on them, smoked sausage, could be a little more spicy, a extra egg, a biscuit and a side order of ham. All this, reasonably priced. Tasty and filling breakfast . Check them out."

"I had the absolute worst day at work today, and all I wanted on my way home was a milkshake. I pulled in at 9:18pm and was informed that they “already cut off the ice cream machine for the night,” even though the store is supposed to be open until 10. Really disappointed After the owner promptly responded to my complaint, I decided to give them another chance tonight, thinking that the issue may have been handled. Nope. Tonight I came an hour earlier at 8:30pm and ordered a milkshake and was rudely informed, “we don’t have milkshakes.” Why are they on the menu then???"

"I have never ever received such poor quality in any Jack’s food over the years until now. The top bun of the bread was so hard and flat. The beef was dry as if it had been sitting out for a while. The fries were stale and without salt. Just tell me we have to drop fries and cook fresh meat. They pay you for somewhat good customer service and that includes making sure the customer is satisfied within your duties. No one wants to pay $10 for a stale meal. I guess I would eventually come across a horrible Jacks sooner or later. Either they gave me someone else’s food from a Uber/or DoorDash order or they just have a bunch of stale food in the warmer. Either way, it sucks to receive old food that you are paying your hard earned money for. Location: Skyland across from the Pilot/Truck stop and down the street from Cracker Barrel"

"This is what I was told the Hash rounds pose to look like .and had a nasty attitude when I brought it up to them an told me if I thought I could do better I could cook my own. They where very rude an ugly. Not the way to run a business at all"

"Update: stopped here again, not happy. Guess all good things come to a end, no chicken at 9 pm how you not gonna have your main attraction.. bummer, one star for truck parking"
