"My husband and I stopped at the Jack's in Elgin for a quick breakfast and it did not disappoint. The food arrived quickly, tasted great, and the lovely Belinda took such great care to check on us. We hope to see her again next time we stop in."

"We love Jack's, but today we were not given our 4 breakfast sandwiches which totalled $13.86. Six phone calls went unanswered. It is a 20 mile round trip to buy food and I'm not making it a 40 mile trip to correct their mistake. I just wanted a refund."

"Eric the manager and his staff have the best food and such friendly service. The facility as well as the entire property was clean abs well maintained. I highly recommend the breakfast at the location."

"My order was not expedited. Several people who ordered after me received their food before I did. When I asked the cashier about my food, she could not find my husband's sandwich. She opened one of the sandwiches under the heat lamp without putting on gloves. She was checking to see if the sandwich had mayonnaise on it which means if it had not had mayo on it she would have folded it back up and put it in our bag which is very unsanitary. When I expressed my concern to the cashier about being overlooked and the food being messed up, she let the manager know who felt unobliged to speak with me. When I called the store the manager Terry Webb said I had an $800 hour and now I have time to apologize. They were at least eight people working and they look to be well staffed. The food was delicious even though the sandwich was not toasted, is it supposed to be. It is disappointing that the store manager's hands touched my husband's food and there was no apology when we waited nearly 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and a biscuit."

"Wonderful place to eat food always good clean and friendly staff. Eat her 2-3 times a week. Great breakfast all Jack stores need to work on grits they are bad or just replace with something else. Lunch and Dinner options are always hot and fresh."
