"I ordered $35 of food, got almost home an realized I only had about half of it, called an told them an they said well you can come back an get it, I replied im almost back home, can I get some kind of raincheck or something , an she replied well sure ma'am an hung up on me, I wasn't trying to get free food, just what I paid for. I give them zero stars on all, will definitely not be back there an will suggest to everyone not to go there. Thank you!!!"
"If I had the chance I'd give zero stars. Ordered $50 in food and got home to $20 I food. Missing multiple items and half the $20 in food wasn't even right. Please hire people who can read. It was an online order!!!"
"Service in the drive thru was great, she was super kind.. However, order was wrong. They shorted us 2 of our tacos and it was sloppy. Thrown together without a care. Mexican pizza box was crushed therefore it was just a blob in a box... So disappointed with the food."
"When we arrived we were totally ignored by the personnel. And when I say totally ignored, I mean they didn't even look at us or acknowledge our presence. We finally ordered from the kiosk. When I picked up our order, I told the young man behind the counter that when a customer comes in, if they cannot personally take the order, they should suggest ordering at the kiosk. He then proceeded to tell me there were signs to do that. I should have read them. (There were no signs to do that. I checked.) Food not that great, but the order was accurate. Personnel were rude. I won't be back."
