Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"Me and my husband stops at this Popeyes in Pelham Alabama around lunch time thinking we are surely to get some hot chicken. Boy was we wrong the chicken was cold and the biscuits was hard. I asked the young lady that served us do you have any hot chicken because ours was cold. She did everything but take her time to get my order. The three guys in the back was on their phones as if Popeyes was paying them for leisure time. I snuck a picture of one of them in back. I was so applaud of the nonchalant attitude that the crew had that I won't ever patronize at this location again."

"Worst fast food dining room I've ever been in, I'm 52!!!! Please don't go here, absolutely disgusting. The dining room and kitchen area appeared to have not been cleaned in about 6 months. Unfortunately I was craving my Popeyes fix. It looked like my dogs had licked every window. The floors, tables, trash cans were all super nasty. The return vents haven't been looked at nor touched in what appeared to be years. So I ordered a three piece dinner, all wings and two sides. I got one wing, breast and thigh. I was terrified to ask for the correct order. I did however ask for hot sauce and honey and the manager dug thru a box and gave me ketchup instead. Again, I was terrified to ask for the correct items. I should have brought a shammy for my chicken. I could have done an oil change on my truck with all the extra oil. Sides were good and that's where the compliments end. What a disappointment. This location should be closed for a deep cleaning and definitely some attitude adjustments. A young girl came out spraying cleaner on some tables which shocked me and then she half cleaned them at best. She was slinging chairs around like a WWE match. I will not visit this location again for some time until I'm notified by the owners that this has been addressed. The grounds are disgusting as well and have been for years. Three to four years ago this place was amazing. Not sure what happened but the owner should be ashamed."

"I would leave a negative star review if I could; the server there is extremely rude. I ordered online, and after 20 minutes, it still says it will be ready soon. So I walked up to them and wanted to check the status of my order. But the people there said my order was taken by someone who has the same name. What a lie and what a bunch of liars. I showed them on my phone it still says it will be ready soon. So either they just give random people random orders, or it is the system’s problem – either way, it should not be my problem. What's even worse is their attitude; they talk like I came back on purpose to get another chicken. In the end, I waited for another hour to get my order, and they still talk like it was my problem. I will never go there again. If you don’t want to be treated badly, avoid this place."

"Only thing I can complain about is drive thru time. Always seems long. Staff is however friendly. The new chicken nuggets are great, especially with the Sweet Heat sauce! The are plump, well buttered and seasoned."

"Never again! This location usually in the by past has issues with not fulfilling your order correct or inventory not being available. I was under the impression things had gotten better; but what can you expect when the recent inspection was a fail after a infestation of roaches, which was discovered after the fact. This left me sick after bitting into a pool of bloody chicken. This left me traumatized."
