"I stopped here for a late night meal after a step show and was pleasantly surprised by the quick service. The line was wrapped around the building but moved very swiftly. Cook out locations are generally delicious for late night foods and this location did not disappoint. While the serving size was much smaller than I remember from previous visits, it was great for my bariatric tummy. I order nuggets and cheese fries. Not something I eat on a regular basis but I had a craving for them. Cook Out delivered and I was able to actually enjoy my meal without having tons of leftovers and not getting overly full. I will definitely visit the location again."

"Cindy the “manager” may have provided the worst service I’ve ever received, she was rude during the whole process of ordering and handing out orders. It took almost 35 mins to get a Tray and 2 milkshakes. Once I finally got my milkshakes they were completely melted and the manager refused to remake them when I pointed out they were melted!!"

"Usually I I have a good experience with cookout but halfway through my hot god I started tasting something off. Pulled it out and it seem like a piece of aluminum foil. Other than tht cookout can be a good place to grab a bite just don't want foil in my fool!!"

"I have not been comfortable eating at this restaurant for at least the past 3 years . Each time I go inside I have to avoid stepping in duck do-do inside the restaurant as well as on the patio. But the ducks were there first so I step around! However it’s the food that is alarming. Each visit it’s always the same . UNDERCOOKED meat. Cold and tasteless . This last time I took the food back and asked for refund. Will never go back! Unless I want an e-coli poisoning."
