"Really not sure what happened here. Maybe since I went on the busiest tax day of the year the stress/tension was getting to the preparer. But there were many great reviews of staff. I was recommended to go here and it was my first time using them. The process of making an appointment and being seen was super easy. I had alot of questions that couldn't be answered though. I was told they wouldn't be wasting their time on me, if I can do it myself then there's nothing they will do differently for me, and this was all within 6 minutes. Even though it would've been cheaper for me to use H&R block I felt like they didn't want to help me so I left very uncomfortable."
