"They did my taxes and because there was not a big return said i could have it done for no fee. My return was for 671.00 and i got NOTTA! When i called for help they acted like there was nothing they could do. They did charge me and now im screwed and have no return coming at all. Thanks H&R block for messing up my money. You will never do this to me again."

"I had a confirmed appt. Arrived checked in and TJ the preparer at the desk told Cathy. He told me to wait she’d be right out. A couple came in stating she had appointment with the same preparer 30 minutes after my appt. At 620 pm Cathy the preparer whom I had an appt withcame out and took the couple after me. I complained to TJ another preparer who came to get his next client. He went to Cathy she said I didn’t confirm my appointment so I would have to reschedule. I could hear the whole conversation. I interrupted them I scheduled my appt. on line and had the confirmation."
