"I will not be returning. I dropped my singular W2 off for taxes to be filed about week and a half before tax day. They filed an extension, and took close to another month to get them done. I visited 2 separate times checking up on the status of my return and was met with “documents are being prepared” as well as the advisor not being present in office both of those times i went for an update. When i told them i want a date they will be done by, the completion date they gave me was blown past and finally done the following week. I understand I'm not the only customer nor the only work that they need to get done or should come before those before me. But that type of service is unacceptable and unprofessional. They do not treat your business, time, or money (was charged quite steeply) with respect. My business should not have taken over a month, especially with in the hands of a a “professional.” Please go elsewhere and trust someone else with your needs."

"I don't know what the other reviews are describing but it isn't what I experienced when working with Chartr Advisors. I too, was referred by someone that retired. We always get quick return call. Leyland figures out what filling status is best for our family. Takes time explaining new tax laws and is always professional. When he can't return our calls right away the lady in the office will contact us. (sorry I do not remember her name)"

"Absolutely the worst accounting firm in the area. Much like the other review, we were transferred from another accountant who retired. I ended up having to demand my files and take them to another firm because he failed to do as he said he would. You call and NEVER get a return call."
