"Very unprofessional staff. Called in an order, I was told it would take an hour to make d/t how busy they were. When I got there to pick up my order, there was only a few people ahead of me and they didn't start making my food until I arrived. I heard the manager say, "drop the fish," once I paid for my order. I waited another 20 minutes for my order, on top of the hour I was told. I spoke to the manager she said "we're putting your order together. It'll just take a minute.".It took 20. The cook had already told me they were waiting for the fish to finish cooking, and that she had just dropped it into the fryer. Manager very unprofessional, and very rude staff. I understand being busy, but don't lie to your customers. Will never come back."

"Shrimp Po Boy was just fried shrimp on a bun, no sauce. I did ask for no lettuce, but not for just plain shrimp. Shrimp itself was pretty good. Wait was 25 minutes for 3 cars."

"Went to eat Butterfly shrimp. Placed order. Was not told I would be getting “fresh gulf” shrimp. The shrimp was very tough to chew, and the taste was not pleasing at all. I only ate part of my order. I was very disappointed that the person taking my order didn’t tell me that I would not get what I ordered as was posted on the menu board. I will not be going back for shrimp. I’ll not recommend any dish, because I’m not sure I’ll get what I ordered."
