"Do a great job with orders online, and bring the items right to your car fast. Only need to spend $35, and pick up is free"
"The best place for one stop shopping. They seem to stay on top of keeping the shelves stocked with products. They always have what I need. Customer service has went downhill at most places but this store works hard and does good in my eyes. I'll always be loyal to them. Thanks to the manager and all the associates that work there."
"Worst Walmart I’ve ever been too. I placed an order on Online and sat for an hour calling the pickup number which nobody answered. As a last resort I talked to an employee who wrote down my name and said they’d check me in. Another hour passed before I talked once more to the same employee and they said they’d go “See what is going on”. Another hour, and still no groceries. Not an employee in sight."
"They never have enough mobility devices for the community they serve. The Cloverdale location and the Neighborhood Market always have a mobility cart available even during the holidays. This location rarely has enough for the off-peak hours. If you go during December or peak times, you won't get one and will have to wait ages for one to come available. The managers don't care about this predicament despite serving a large amount of disabled veterans. They only got new carts when their existing few were literally falling apart. They didn't get more, just replaced the truly broken ones they had still been letting people use despite raw metal edges and frayed wires and other safety hazards. A shopping place that doesn't care about its mobility-limited guests doesn't deserve our support. I do my best to avoid this location in favor of the two in town that bother to support the disabled population."
"This store is atrocious - neverending. I was at your Muscle Shoals, Alabama, store (660) upon your opening to do my Thanksgiving meal shopping for my family. Aside from your floor employees having no regard for shoppers, I completed my shopping and proceeded to checkout, self checkout since you have no cashiers. I was scanning my merchandise and had a "scanning error." NO IDEA WHY! The screen said someone would be there to help me. No one came!! To make it far worse, there was an employee right beside me doing SOMETHING with the register and no help. Oh, it gets worse. There were FIVE WALMART EMPLOYEES IN THE SELF CHECKOUT AREA. How many offered to help? NONE! You may check your cameras at approximately 6:35 am to verify what I am posting here. On the way out the door, I explained to the lady at the door what had happened and I left. Keep your food. I have gone to Publix where they actually have cashiers who work."
