"I had called to see if they had a certain item. They said they did, so I asked them to hold it for me because I was coming from MS. When I got there, the manager wasn't the nicest but asked on his mic if someone had the item on hold for me. They acted like they didn't know what I was asking for. He finally got the answer but didn't say anything to me. He just started ringing it up. When he told me the total and asked if I wanted the warranty, I asked him if they had it. He just said yes. After I paid for it, the item hadn't been brought up yet, he said, just pull your vehicle up to these windows. No smile, no thank you, no have a nice day or anything. I know it's a busy season, but a little smile or kindness never hurts anyone."

"The quality of tools has increased which is good....BUT the price has also Increased substantially. I am finding the same or better quality at other stores now for less.....so, its turning into just another tool store. However, i will continue to go there for random things. Its just Not the VALUE it once was......"

"Popeyes in Florence Alabama.. Chicken fingers were over cooked.. We ordered mild and got a mixture of hot and mild.. the rice wasnt cooked fully in the red beans and rice.. biscuits were over cooked and portions have shrunk big time.. service wasn't very professional.. Didn't even get a thank you have a nice day.. this is the 3rd Popeyes in 10 yrs we have been to.. 3 strikes your out.."
